1. In peacetime, the vortex pump should be placed in a stable and reliable place, and the surrounding environment should be kept dry and ventilated. When the air pressure in the cylinder of a printed air pump does not reach the pressure regulated by the pressure regulator, the gas entering the pressure regulator valve from the cylinder cannot top the pressure regulator valve; when the air pressure in the cylinder reaches the pressure regulated by the pressure regulator valve, the gas entering the pressure regulator valve from the cylinder opens the pressure regulator valve, enters the air passage of the air pump which is connected with the pressure regulator valve, and controls the intake of the air pump through the air passage. The opening is often open, so that the air pump runs without load, so as to reduce power loss and protect the air pump.
2. The direction of rotate of the impeller of the scroll pump must be the same as that of the arrow on the fan hood.
3. When the scroll pump is in operation, the working pressure should not exceed 8 kpa, so as to avoid the damage caused by the electron flow of the motor and the high heat generated by the air pump.
4. It is forbidden for solid, liquid or corrosive gases to enter the pump body.
5. Filter mesh devices and mufflers on the inlet and outlet ends of the scroll pump need to be cleaned timely according to the actual situation to avoid blockage (dss_). Carbon refined sheet is also called vacuum pump carbon sheet. The vacuum pump carbon sheet is made of graphite material and carbon particles. Vacuum pump carbon sheet is self-lubricating carbon sheet, which has strong wear resistance.
6. Flexible Conduit must be used to connect the inlet and outlet of the scroll pump.
7. The bearing of the scroll pump must be repaired by a specialist repairman. First, screw the screw on the pump cover, then disassemble the assembly unit according to the order on the drawings. After disassembly, the parts need to be cleaned, and then assemble in reverse order. Detailed and orderly disassembly should be done to avoid affecting the clearance that has been adjusted when leaving the factory.
8. Bearing installation (n Zhu ng) of scroll pump is mainly divided into two categories.
Class 1: Bearing of air pump end (n Zhu ng) is installed in the pump body between the seat and impeller (referring to the wheel disc with movable blades), and lubricating oil is not needed at ordinary times. The working principle of the printing air pump is that the engine drives the crankshaft of the air pump through two triangular belts, thus driving the piston to inflate, and the inflated gas is introduced into the gas storage cylinder through the air duct. On the other hand, the gas in the gas storage cylinder is introduced into the pressure regulating valve fixed on the gas pump through a gas guide pipe, so as to control the pressure in the gas storage cylinder.
Category 2: Bearings at the end of air pumps need to be regularly lubricated with a specified type of lubrication oil.
