There are many kinds of vortex pumps. We can classify them according to different characteristics. Carbon refined sheet is also called vacuum pump carbon sheet. The vacuum pump carbon sheet is made of graphite material and carbon particles. Vacuum pump carbon sheet is self-lubricating carbon sheet, which has strong wear resistance. The following is a description of the types of vortex air pumps according to impellers and flow patterns.
1. According to the relative position between impeller and suction port, the impeller can be divided into two parts: the suction inlet of impeller (referring to the wheel disc with movable blade) and the extrusion of impeller (referring to the suction inlet and extrusion of Blade) are completely separated by the flow passage.
Closed impeller (refers to the wheel with moving blades); Blade of impeller is directly connected with the suction port of pump, open impeller with pressure outlet. Compared with closed impeller, open impeller has better cavitation resistance, and can be used as self-priming pump and liquid-gas mixed pump, but its volume is large and efficiency is low. When the air pressure in the cylinder of a printed air pump does not reach the pressure regulated by the pressure regulator, the gas entering the pressure regulator valve from the cylinder cannot top the pressure regulator valve; when the air pressure in the cylinder reaches the pressure regulated by the pressure regulator valve, the gas entering the pressure regulator valve from the cylinder opens the pressure regulator valve, enters the air passage of the air pump which is connected with the pressure regulator valve, and controls the intake of the air pump through the air passage. The opening is often open, so that the air pump runs without load, so as to reduce power loss and protect the air pump. Carbon refined sheet is also called vacuum pump carbon sheet. The flow passage is directly connected with the suction port of the pump and the pressure outlet, and the closed flow passage is not directly connected with the suction port and the pressure outlet of the pump.
The end of the channel is made into a centripetal semi-open channel or a centripetal channel. The swirl air pump with closed runner and open impeller has good cavitation resistance and self-priming, but its efficiency is low. Vortex pump with open channel and closed impeller is widely used because of its simple structure and low efficiency, but its anti-cavitation ability is poor, and the pump itself can not self-priming.
3. According to the relative position of the runner and impeller, it can be divided into: closed impeller outer circular runner, closed impeller bilateral side runner, closed impeller unilateral side flow.
Channel, open impeller (refers to the wheel with movable blades) bilateral side channel, open impeller single side channel, etc. Semi-circular cross-section of the channel is used for lower than the rotational speed of the vortex air pump, trapezoidal and rectangular channels for medium and high specific speed of the vortex air pump. Semi-circular cross-section flow channel pump has higher efficiency, but its performance (xng n ng) curve is very blocked; rectangular cross-section flow channel pump's performance curve is smoother than semi-circular, and higher than trapezoidal Yang-Cheng coefficient, but its inhalation performance is better, manufacturing (zhzo) is easy, and it is widely used at present. The sharp corner of the section should be made into a circle to reduce hydraulic loss.
